GRANDS CRUS

The history of Hebrard and Grands Crus Classés goes back to……1832

It was in 1832 that the Hebrard family became owners of the prestigious Château Cheval Blanc and thus joined the select club of great Bordeaux brands.
Over the years the Hebrard name became synonymous with luxury, quality and rarity, and when Dominique Hebrard founded his trading house in 1983, the doors to the greatest estates were already open to him.
Today Maison Hebrard receives Primeur wine allocations from more than 150 estates, including of course the most prestigious. After more than 20 years – all different – the company has indisputably forged a name and a reputation in the domain of Grands Crus Classés.
Hebrard has strong links and friendships with these estates which have made the history and renown of Bordeaux, and it now stores several thousand cases Bordeaux Grands Crus Classés in specially designed warehouses in Saint Loubès near Bordeaux. Hebrard itself boasts the beautiful Château Bellefont Belcier, which achieved the great honour of being rated a “classé” wine in 2006.
